Is CleanVid free to use?

Upon registering a new account, you will receive a Welcome Bonus of 8 credits, allowing you to process a video up to 30 seconds for free. If you are satisfied with the removal results, you can obtain more credits through a Pay-as-you-go purchase or by subscribing to a plan.
How does CleanVid charge?

CleanVid charges based on the duration of the video being processed. Processing requires 5 credits per 30 seconds of video. Any duration less than 30 seconds will be billed as a full 30 seconds. There are no other hidden fees.
What is the difference between Pay-as-you-go and Subscription credits?

Pay-as-you-go: Credits are valid for 1 year. Available in packs of 100, 300, and 1000 credits. Ideal for users with occasional or irregular needs.
Subscription: Divided into Lite (300 credits/mo) and Pro (1000 credits/mo). Credits are valid for 1 month. Ideal for users with frequent, ongoing needs.
You can hold both Pay-as-you-go and Subscription credits simultaneously. When processing videos, we will prioritize deducting from your Subscription credits. Pay-as-you-go credits will only be used when your Subscription balance is insufficient.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the results?

You can cancel your subscription at any time; once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
For Pay-as-you-go credits, we can only refund the monetary value corresponding to your unused credits. Credits that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.
Please note that we cannot guarantee perfect removal for every watermark. If you have concerns about the results, we strongly encourage you to start with our free trial.
What if I run out of my monthly subscription credits?

If you have exhausted your subscription credits for the current month but need to continue using the service, you can either purchase Pay-as-you-go credits or upgrade your subscription plan (e.g., from Lite to Pro).
